**Mailweaver does not collect your mail, your files, or your credentials. There is no Mailweaver server for them to go to.** That is not a promise about what we choose to do with your data. It is a description of how the app is built: your mail travels from your provider to your phone and stops there.
On your device, in a database only Mailweaver can read, inside your app's private storage. It is included in your iPhone backups if you back your phone up, and it is deleted when you delete the app. Nothing is uploaded. There is no account to create, no sign-up, no server that stores or processes your messages.
App-specific passwords and sign-in tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain, the same system your device uses for its own passwords. They are used for one thing: connecting to your mail provider. For Gmail and Outlook, sign-in happens through Google's and Microsoft's own pages. Mailweaver never sees your actual password. Those sign-ins redirect straight back into the app; no server of ours is involved.
Your mail providers, over an encrypted IMAP connection, to read your mail. Read-only: Mailweaver does not send, delete or alter anything in your account. Apple, for app updates, in the ordinary way every App Store app does. That is the complete list. No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, no third-party trackers, no profiling. We do not know how many messages you have, which accounts you connected, or whether you opened the app today.
Nothing. We have no logs of your activity, because there is nowhere for logs to go. If you email us for support we will have whatever you write in that email, and nothing else.
Mailweaver is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date. The app has no hidden data practices to reveal later — there is no server, so there is nothing to quietly turn on.
